A Domain property covers all protocols and subdomains once DNS ownership is verified. A URL-prefix property is narrower and can be useful where only one exact URL needs management. Use the property that represents the site visitors actually use.
Verify ownership with a method you control.
DNS verification is durable when you manage the domain. A WordPress meta tag can be convenient when you control the site header. Do not remove the chosen verification method after setup.

Read the data honestly.
